The ministry of GMTC in the Poconos is conducted by Kevin & Joy DeVizia, of Millrift, PA since January 1999.

Kevin directs the ministry of GMTC, writes most of the lessons, skits, and other material we use, serves as director of the Good News Puppets, and conducts the various seminars we offer. Outside of GMTC, Kevin has been a public school teacher and department head for grades 7-12, and has been involved in teaching and administrative roles in Christian Education. He has conducted training seminars and presentations for schools and churches, and has been honored by Who's Who Among America's Teachers and by the Pennsylvania Council of Teachers of Mathematics with their Distinguished Service and Outstanding Contribution awards. He was honored by President George W. Bush with the Presidential Award for Excellence in Mathematics and Science Teaching for 2005. Joy is a homemaker and secretary for the Pike County Prothonotary's Office. She plays the piano and the flute. Joy received Christ at the age of 4, graduated from Pocono Mountain High School, and is an alumnus of Grace College in Winona Lake Indiana with a degree in History. Joy's mother, Mildred Mikels, was a Bible Club missionary. Joy likes reading, history, and a variety of crafts.

The DeVizias have three children, Hope, Abigail, and Josiah. All of them have puppetry experience and all have been actively involved with our programs.
